The Landings at Pineda is being developed by Priceco Trading, Inc. The corporation, Priceco Trading, Inc, has various DBA that all deal with acquisition, development syndication and management of construction projects. The team that makes up Priceco Trading, Inc brings a vast amount of experience by being active in the real estate market for over 23 years. The Landings at Pineda is the first of its type for Priceco Trading, Inc but a long time in the planning stages. This community was a dream brought to life with a group of friends over many evenings sitting at a picnic table with a cooler of cold beer and a pile of fresh steamed blue crabs. Dreams that are brought to fruition with friends are always special. With the hard work and dedication of many people the Landings at Pineda came to life first on napkins and then blue prints.
